# ZilAPI

> ZilAPI is a pay-as-you-go REST API for InverseAI's AI models, starting with audio noise reduction (zilapi/nr-4.1). One API key, prepaid US-dollar credit, per-second billing. Base URL: https://api.zilapi.com/v1.

Authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer zil_live_…` (or a free `zil_test_…` key). Flow: POST /v1/files, PUT the bytes to the signed URL, POST /v1/files/{id}/complete, poll GET /v1/files/{id} until ready, POST /v1/audio/denoise, poll GET /v1/jobs/{id}, GET /v1/jobs/{id}/output. Errors are application/problem+json with a stable `code`. SDKs (beta): `pip install zilapi`, `npm install @zilapi/sdk`.
