This policy is part of the ZilAPI Terms of Service from Inverse.AI LLC. It lists what you must not do with ZilAPI.
You must not
- Send illegal content. Do not upload or process anything that is illegal where you are or where we operate.
- Send content you do not have the rights to. Only upload audio that you own or have permission to process, including for the uses in section 8 of the Terms of Service.
- Get around our limits or security. Do not try to get around the enforcement of rate limits, bypass billing, reach other customers' data, or probe or attack our systems.
- Resell access. Do not resell, rent or share access to ZilAPI or your API keys without our written permission. Building your own product that calls ZilAPI for your users is fine.
- Break the law in other ways. Use the service only as these terms and applicable laws allow.
What happens if you break this policy
We may suspend your keys or close your account. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. [TO CONFIRM: TC-13 what happens to unused credit when we close an account.]
